Dealer Membership Terms
A clear summary of how the $99 monthly dealer program works.
Applying and approval
Dealer applications are free and subject to BTS review. Application submission does not enroll you in a paid membership or authorize a payment. An approved applicant will receive the final agreement and applicable disclosures before receiving a secure payment invitation.
Monthly membership
The proposed dealer membership is $99 USD each month with automatic renewal following your consent at Stripe Checkout. It includes eligible BTS tools, dealer project pricing, a website for the dealer’s own business, foundational SEO setup, and a starter marketing plan, subject to the final service scope. Additional customer projects and third-party services are not included in the $99 charge.
Independent business
Dealers are independent operators who find their own customers, set their own resale prices, and contract with those customers directly. BTS does not promise sales, customers, leads, search rankings, or income. No employment, agency, or authority to bind BTS is created solely by membership.
Customer projects
The end customer pays the dealer. The dealer then pays BTS the agreed BTS project price in full before BTS begins that customer’s build. End customers are also responsible for financing their project's hosting, domains, APIs, third-party subscriptions, and other agreed expenses, paid through the dealer. Read Project Payments & Delivery for the workflow.
Separate project agreement
Every customer project requires a confirmed scope, price, milestones, and accepted written terms. BTS is not obligated to begin work, purchase services, or reserve development resources until the dealer’s project payment has cleared and required information has been received. Unapproved scope changes require a revised quote.
Membership billing and cancellation
Recurring billing and membership cancellation will be documented at checkout and in the final signed dealer agreement. See Cancellation and Refunds. A membership payment does not include or automatically pay for an end customer’s project.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Dealers must use BTS systems lawfully, protect account access, respect customer rights, and not misrepresent their relationship with BTS. Website, app, content, domain, and source ownership for separately ordered work will be governed by the corresponding project agreement and any third-party licenses.
Final agreement controls
This page is a public program overview prepared for payment readiness. The complete approved dealer agreement will control specific deliverables, service levels, termination, liability allocation, and any other agreed contractual terms. Nothing here eliminates non-waivable rights under applicable law.
