Subscription & Cancellation
Understanding monthly renewal and the way to stop future billing.
When billing begins
Dealer membership is proposed at $99 USD per month. The first payment occurs only after BTS approval, presentation of final terms, and the dealer’s express authorization through Stripe Checkout. Renewals are charged automatically unless the subscription is canceled.
How to cancel
When live payments are enabled, dealers will be given a secure Stripe billing management link or a BTS cancellation support process. The cancellation channel will be identified in the payment invitation and receipt. If you cannot access your billing link, use Dealer Support.
Cancellation effective date
Proposed owner-approved setting: Cancellation stops future renewals and membership access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless applicable law or the final agreement requires otherwise. BTS should configure this behavior in Stripe before taking payments.
Separate project work
Canceling the dealer subscription does not automatically cancel or refund separate customer projects. Their completion, handoff, ownership, and ongoing hosting arrangements are addressed by the individual project agreement.
Payment failures and access
If a subscription payment fails, Stripe may notify the dealer and provide a secure method to update payment details. The final dealer agreement will define any grace period and when dealer-specific access ends. Regular BTS member accounts and unrelated services must not be affected by dealer-billing status.
