Dealer Privacy Notice
How BTS handles information submitted for its dealer business opportunity.
Information you provide
When you apply to be a BTS Dealer, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, location, business details, and application responses. If approved, we may also maintain communications, service requests, quotes, agreements, and dealer account details.
How information is used
We use this information to review applications, respond to questions, administer dealer memberships and projects, provide services, prevent fraud, keep records, and fulfill legal obligations. Applying is free; submitting an application does not authorize a charge or guarantee approval.
Payments
When Stripe payments are activated, Stripe will process dealer subscription payments and any applicable BTS invoices. BTS may receive customer identifiers, transaction status, billing contact information, invoice details, and limited payment-method information; BTS does not need your complete card number or card security code.
Service providers
BTS currently uses hosted website and form services, and other providers may support authentication, data storage, communications, and billing. These may include Netlify, Supabase, Resend, and Stripe when applicable. Their roles and any other active services will be checked during launch review.
Sharing
Information may be disclosed to service providers when needed to operate the program; to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, or complete a requested service. BTS will not give dealers another applicant’s personal application data.
Data security and retention
BTS aims to restrict access to application and billing records and retain information for legitimate business, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Exact retention periods and operational safeguards will be confirmed prior to launch. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Applicants and dealers may request access, corrections, or deletion where available under applicable law. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained. Use the dealer support form to make a privacy request.
Cookies and communications
Website functionality may use necessary browser storage and cookies. Any analytics or optional tracking must be disclosed based on the tools actually deployed. BTS may send application and account-service messages; optional promotional communications will be treated separately as required.

Substantive changes to this notice will be dated and published here. For questions, use the dealer support page. This notice is specific to Dealer Opportunity operations and does not replace separate notices needed for other BTS services.
